Cognito Cyber Group is seeking a VMWare Systems Administrator for an opportunity in Laurel, MD.

This position is for a seasoned and experienced candidate who can hit the ground running on Day 1.

SCOPE OF WORK

Cognito Cyber Group provides the design, analysis, development, implementation, and integration of secure, reliable computer applications and services that are essential to the mission. The work may be performed independently or within a team environment. Cognito Cyber Group maintains a virtual machine infrastructure comprised of several virtual environments and virtual machines. This includes installing, upgrading, patching, and maintenance on hosts (hypervisors) that contain virtual machines, and any virtualization hardware/software necessary to operate and maintain the virtual infrastructure.

The candidate must have demonstrated, seasoned, current experience with VMWare, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Hypervisors (i.e., Horizon, Citrix, etc.), Application Volumes, Microsoft Windows golden images. and Windows/Linux experience
