Provides full spectrum training delivery and administration services. Additionally,
supports Insider Threat professionalization services, certification programs, and
education and outreach activities.  
 Provide full spectrum training services:
o Instruct modules in virtual Insider Threat and Operational Security classes.
o Facilitate breakout sessions in virtual Insider Threat and Operational Security
classes.
o Update Insider Threat and Operational Security curriculum.
o Administer government Insider Threat and Operational Security training
programs. 
 Register and communicate with prospective and current students.
 Set up virtual classrooms and breakout rooms.
 Establish and disseminate the course calendars.
 Distribute course certificates and surveys.

 Support Insider Threat professionalization services, certification programs, and education
and outreach activities
o Edit and refresh Insider Threat Competency Resource Guides, to include
conducting focus groups, designing and disseminating surveys, analyzing survey
results, and writing reports.
o Support the Certified Counter Insider Threat Professional) Program, to include
participating in bi-weekly phone calls, conveying customer interests, coordinating
governance meetings, and reviewing technical reports.
o Contribute to and attend IC events including the Insider Threat Data Analysis
Working group and the 811 Conference
o Participate in planning and executing National Insider threat Awareness Month
events.

 Requires a BS/BA with 3+ years’ experience or 9+ years’ with no degree
 Requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph 
 Insider Threat Experience
 Previous instructor and training administration experience preferred
 Previous experience in the Intelligence Community preferred
 Proficient in MS office
 Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
 Strong attention to detail
