 Serve as a program analyst for a foreign language office supporting the IC Senior Language
Authority.
 Effectively create narratives related to foreign language capabilities, funding justifications,
program policy, and other issues.
 Analyze and communicate findings from IC-wide data calls.
 Develop deliverables including talking points, briefing materials, and annual reports.
 Contribute to foreign language-related sections of the Congressional Budget Justification Book
(CBJB), Congressionally Directed Actions (CDAs), Consolidated Intelligence Guidance (CIG), and
IC strategy and implementation plans.
 Advance foreign language policy and strategy development.
 Engage with all IC components that have a foreign language mission.
 Facilitate stakeholder meetings, such as the Foreign Language Executive Committee, FVEY liaison
visits, student recruiting visits, and expert panels.
 TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph required 
 BS+18 or MS+ 10 years’ experience or no degree + 24 years’ experience
 Extensive report and narrative writing experience
 Data analysis experience
 MS Office proficiency
 Program analyst experience
Preferred:
 Experience in the IC foreign language community (military or civilian)
 Knowledge of a foreign language
 Tableau proficiency
 CBJB, CDA, and/or CIG experience
 Program management experience
 Interagency experience
